2. Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and details of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We aim to show our products in as many variations and sizes on as many different bodies as possible, but due to the number of variations we offer, it is not possible for all variations of each product to be portrayed in images on our website. If you purchase a product variation that is not visibly shown on our website, you agree to take responsibility for this.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

3. Making an Order

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions. Our acceptance of your order, which you will be notified of via email, will signify the start of the contract between you- ‘the customer,’ and us- ‘the supplier’. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the details of your order as seen on your order confirmation are correct. If we are unable to accept your order because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product we will inform you and refund you or arrange an alternative.

4. Production & Delivery

All of our products are handmade in the UK and are made to order, which means the products will only be made once we have received and confirmed your order. Providing that the raw materials for the product are in stock or available with our fabric suppliers, your order will be processed, made and shipped within a four week period from when you receive order confirmation. If the raw materials are not available within the specified production timeframe we will inform you and offer you a refund or arrange an alternative.

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you at checkout with all available delivery options. We will deliver goods to you as soon as reasonably possible. All shipping will be handled through Royal Mail unless specified otherwise. We aim to ship within the four weeks time period specified and you will be notified once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail. If there is a delay before your order has been shipped we will inform you. We will not be held responsible for any delays once the order has been passed on to Royal Mail, but please contact us if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive.

If the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and you may cancel the order and receive a refund.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

The goods will be your responsibility from the time the goods are delivered.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You have a legal right to change your mind regarding your order within a 14 day period of receiving the goods and receive a full refund for the goods, providing it matches it’s original condition. Postage fees will not be refunded.

Once you are in possession of the ordered goods, you are responsible to retain them and take reasonable care of them. If the item does not match it’s original condition, the refund will not be accepted and the items will be returned to you. This includes any clothes that have been in anyway soiled, or are returned in an unclean/unhygienic condition so we advise always trying our products on over underwear or other clothing.

You may exchange an item within the 14 day period of receiving the goods for a product of equal value. If the product you wish to exchange to is of a different value, we can provide a promo code for the value of your purchased products excluding delivery costs, to use against your new order.

When returning we cannot be held responsible for any goods which go missing on return, subsequently you are strongly recommended to insure the goods adequately and use a tracked insured postage service. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Only where the goods are damaged on arrival to the customer, will we pay the costs of returning the goods.

We will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. We will make any refunds due to you within 28 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.

If an order is cancelled because (i) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed or (ii) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control, we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided.

6. Our Rights to Cancel the Order

We may write to you to let you know that we are going to cancel the order and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for products which will not be provided.

7. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

8. Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
